Am I locked into a contract if I sign up?

of course not !, My WP Cover is a monthly or annual subscription service. You can cancel  at any time before your next period starts.
Just email me to [email protected]  or contact page and request to cancel your subscription.

How often do you backup my site?

This depends on the plan that you have. Lite Plan (monthly), Pro Plan (weekly) and Enterprise Plan (daily).  You can order an additional backup which I can schedule for any day and time you need.

Can you support multisite?

At this moment all plans cover a single installation of WordPress, if you require support for multiple sites,  you need to buy a plan for each of your sites. If you have more than 5 sites you will be eligible for a discount. Contact me for more info.

Will I get updates about my site status?

I’ll take care of your WordPress site, giving you peace of mind everything is running correctly. that doesn’t mean I’ll keep you out of the picture. You will receive a monthly report with all the details to keep you in touch with what’s happening with your site.

What if I need to move my site to another host?

No Problem! a site migration is covered with Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan. for those who have the Lite Plan you should buy One Time Support Ticket

What if I don’t need monthly support?

No problem, I can also help you with single jobs as well. You can buy One Time Support Ticket for $69. during the payment process I will ask for your WordPress website and host login information and the description of your request and I will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

After signup, how quickly you resolve my problem?

After you sign up, I’ll need to setup your site in my system which can take up to a business day. This is to ensure that I have a full backup of your site and an understanding of how your website was setup prior to beginning any work.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

My plans are flexible. You can upgrade/downgrade or cancel at any time in order to meet your current needs. just go to Contact Me. select ( I want to upgrade/downgrade or cancel my plan ) fill out the form and that’s it. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
